Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the tool in its original manufacturer packaging, including all batteries, chargers, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our facility.
